Downtown. Three o’clock in the afternoon. A young girl is coming out of the hospital. As they pass, a man casts a persistent gaze upon her. Her translucent white skin, her delicate, slender shoulders that look as if they might fall apart. The bandages wrapped around her hands look painful. A cruel delusion takes over the man’s mind. The girl hurries home, unaware of the man’s gaze. The man follows her. The girl becomes suspicious as she feels pressure from behind. She takes off running. A shadow follows her. The shadows overlap as she stands in front of her own house.
