Haru Shibasaki is a medical team member dispatched to the disaster area. Amid the extreme conditions of evacuation life, her rescue efforts, which began with a sense of justice, gradually turn into a service known as “sexual relief.” In the evacuation shelter, where sweat, tears, and bodily fluids mix together, she offers up her innocent body, and even though consumed by desire, she spreads her legs and accepts creampies in an attempt to save someone – a place where relief and pleasure intersect.
